Se remitió el expediente de la referencia a la Corporación Financiera del Pacífico S.A. –en liquidación–, para interponga nuevamente la acción de tutela, según las reglas Constitucionales vigentes y lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2591 de 1991, toda vez que se le dio aplicación al Art. 1° del Decreto 1382 de 2000 que es contrario a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se ordenó comunicar de esta decisión al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca y a la Sala Administrativa del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura.
